Crystallisation is a commissioned artwork made for the home of a private art collector. The challenge for the artwork was that it had to suit the contemporary but cozy style of the apartment, be sophisticated but simple and had to be made it could fit over an opening in the wall space.

The wall sculpture is based on an abstract design of a three-dimensional diamond object that crystallises into the outlines of a polygon. The object is flat, yet elevated from the wall and together with the light and the shadow projections is becomes yet again a three-dimensional sculpture.
